A Wonderful Stay with Exceptional Staff!

The front desk attendant, Abe, provided outstanding service, making our group feel welcome despite some language barriers. Natalie, during breakfast, was strict yet friendly, ensuring kids followed pool rules while keeping spirits high. For future guests, aim for an early breakfast to enjoy the full experience!

I had a wonderful stay at Towneplace Suites! The king bedroom was so comfortable, and the room was impeccably clean. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet, especially the oatmeal bar and fresh waffles. The full kitchen was a lovely surprise.

During my stay, there was extensive carpet cleaning that disrupted my plans with my family and pets. I had to spend much of my time in the room to supervise my dogs while the staff worked in the hallways. Additionally, the staff didn’t seem overly responsive to addressing some cleaning concerns when I raised them, which made for a frustrating experience.

Loved how spacious our King Studio was! Breakfast was a win-piping hot oatmeal and a pancake bar. Only downside? Had some carpet cleaning chaos during our visit, which kept us on our toes. A great spot close to parks!

The room had excellent space, with a comfy King Studio and a nice sofa bed. I enjoyed the full kitchen amenities, especially having a dishwasher. Checking in was simple and quick, and my room was ready right away. Staff members were very helpful. Free Wi-Fi worked great. It was nice to have the option of a complimentary breakfast, although I wish it started earlier than 9 AM as I missed out. I did notice some cleanliness issues in the bathroom, like calcium buildup on the showerhead. it felt like cleanliness wasn’t prioritized during this visit. Also, I found a dead roach in the second room I was moved to, which was disappointing. Overall, I valued the spaciousness and comfort but wished for better attention to cleanliness.

It was a perfect match for a short stint in Altamonte Springs with exceptional value. The full kitchen in the suite made it easy to prepare meals for the family. Try to grab a room away from any heavy cleaning schedules to ensure peace and quiet.

The kitchen amenities were decent for cooking, helped save cash on meals. The complimentary breakfast had all sorts of options-scrambled eggs, bagels, and real hot oatmeal, not that instant stuff. It’s almost like they knew I was coming.

It wasn't a bargain, but the overall experience was still kinda acceptable.
